Warranty & Returns Policy
Q: How long does it take to ship to me?
A: The time it takes to ship to you depends on the method of delivery you choose and your locations. We use FEDEX and USPS as delivery methods. The delivery options we offer will have it to you between one and five days based on your delivery selection. International shipping will take longer.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We do offer free shipping on any item on the store, no minimums required.
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: If your order is placed at or before 3:00PM EST, your order will ship out the same day.
Q: How can I check on the delivery status of my package?
A: At the time your order is packed for delivery, we will send you an email to address provided with the tracking information on your package. You can track your package through out it being delivered.
Q: What shipping method will be used to send my international order?
A: All of our international orders are sent USPS International Mail. You have the option of it being sent Priority International Mail(Approx. 6 - 10 days) or Express International Mail (Approx. 1 - 5 days)
Q: I don't want to order online. Is there other way to place an order?
A: Our online ordering system is secure. However, if you feel more comfortable, you can print the order form and fax it with your credit card or mail it in with your credit card, check or money order. You can also phone in your order at 1-800-910-0849.
Q: How can I have my order shipped to a different address?
During the checkout process you will be able to choose the delivery address, which can be anywhere in the world. Please make sure you also complete your invoice or billing address so we can process your credit card payment.
Q: Can my order be shipped express?
Yes, we have a 2-4 business days express shipping option for an extra charge. You will find these options as you complete the order form in your shopping cart. This option applies only to continental US.
Q: What method of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and payments using PayPal
Q: How many days do I have for a return if I am not happy with the product?
A: We are only able to approve returns within 7 days of placing your order. However, we first need to receive the merchandise back and will only refund unopened bags or products.
After 7 days of placing your order, we cannot approve any refunds. Please understand we are dealing with semi-perishable items that need to be kept in the right environment or they will go bad. Since we don’t have control of the environment once the item reaches its destination, we cannot take the item or items back.
Q: After placing my order, how can I confirm the order was placed?
A: After you place your order, We will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided with your order details.
