Flat Rate Shipping

Here at Life Gourmet Shop LLC we value our customer and understand that shipping charges can add up to become somewhat expensive, so we offer every customer FREE SHIPPING on every order. Customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.

If you need your order fast, you can chooose from our different options which include: Fedex Express Saver, Fedex 2 Day, Fedex Overnight, and Express Mail.

Shipping times

We ship in-stock merchandise the same business day we received your order. While we do strive to ship most orders the same business day, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed shipment dates, please select either 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping and place your order by 3PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday with 2nd Day Air will ship the following business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship by USPS and FEDEX standard ground shipping services. In addition, we offer two-day & next-day Rush Delivery for an additional charge during the online checkout process. Please e-mail us with any questions about these services.

When will my package arrive?

Order shipped standard ground service, within the 48 contiguous states, typically arrive within 2-6 business days. Life Gourmet Shop does not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method.

International Shipping

We welcome all international customers. We have excellent business relations with many customers around the world. We work hard to provide you with the best shipping methods for your order. Please e-mail us for a quote. We use USPS for orders from Canada.

Returns

We are only able to approve returns within 7 days of placing your order as long as the package has not been opened and it is not a SPECIAL ORDER. However, we first need to receive the merchandise back and will only refund unopened bags or products. After 7 days of placing your order, we cannot approve any refunds. Please understand we are dealing with semi-perishable items that need to be kept in the right environment or they will go bad. Since we don’t have control of the environment once the item reaches its destination, we cannot take the item or items back.

Special Orders and Returned Packages

We will not be able to take any SPECIAL ORDERS back since these orders are specifically made for the customers. Please understand that we invest extract money and time to full fill special orders so we will not be able to accept any kind of returns. 

If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund check, less shipping charges or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. If you choose to have it re-delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Life Gourmet Shop does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We also cannot be responsible for an item you return that never arrives to us or arrives damaged, so please make sure you insure any returned packages.

Handling Fees

HANDLING FEES: $0. Unlike many online companies, we do not charge a single cent for handling fees. Other companies take this opportunity to increase their profits on the back of their clients. We strongly believe in giving our customer complete transparency when making a purchase from us. Therefore, we do not make up extra charges, like Packaging & Handling, in order to make more money. Packaging and handling should be included in the price of the product.
